we had our beep test yesterday,
if you dont know whats beep test..is must run 20m until u tired..got level de lah..
so i ran until level 5-2..
but basketball teacher say must 7 plus if u join basketball
so will train stamina..
got throat burn after that..hiazz
than no recess..
got recess,10 mins only or less than that.
than nvr change..-.- so brought drink-need it as fast as poosible..
okay got scolded for not changing - whole class
p.e rep got punishment..-push up(sorries)
